Customer service is hard to connect, but it is not an overly careful company, cargo tracking is poor, the product is lost, the employees are very busy and tired.Please make it easier and easier for the employees with a better work plan, and let's make a good work plan for a rest break

Cargo arrived to mng Kargo Uncalı branch from the online shopping site 4 times. I went to the house on the 3rd and bought it myself, I had to walk 1 km home, only once came home. Think and order accordingly. One day, while the cargoes were separated into the cars before they were distributed, all the cargoes were thrown to the ground as soon as they broke. The phones are not answered either, they are turned on and off.

They would come to take my cargo, but there is no one for 2 days. I'm calling, no one looks at the phone. They picked up the phone 1-2 times, 2 employees were chatting, instead of answering me, but I'm on the phone and they're talking to each other. A complete disrespect, disgrace. I never work anymore.

They delivered the cargo, which they accepted close to the end of working hours, to Izmir address before noon the next day. It was super speed and service.
