When I was still at the reservation stage at the hotel, I stated in a simple language that I would stay for two people and 3 days in the phone call. We agreed on the fee, but I was told that there was an extra fee when 2 people stayed on the day of my departure. We also fell into a liar position .. I promised that I will remain the only person .. customer satisfaction is zero .. I definitely don't recommend!

A very nice suite hotel rooms were a bit calm due to the pandemic in the form of a + one, but we went to rest our head anyway, the breakfast was very nice, but it was better in the last years, by the way, you should definitely try chicken smashing.

We stayed 1 night with my family. The attendant who knocked on the door at 01:30 asked for credentials.nAt 04:30, they tried to force the door and open it with the key. I called out to ask who you are, and this time, he said that I was trying to open the wrong door.nIt was the first time in my life that I stayed in such a bad hotel. Is it again, god bless

The design and seat comfort of the hotel, especially the beds, are very good. The hotel staff was friendly and approachable, especially the cemali brain at the reception and his friendliness was very good. It is a very good hotel with breakfasts, employees and comfort.
