Snowfall
It was built in 1902 by Architect Vedat Tek, one of the founders of the national architectural structure. In terms of style, the structure that carries an eclecticism of Ottoman orientalism in the form of western classicism and exterior wall decorations and windows is one of the places to be seen. The building continues to exist as one of the sambolas identified with Kastamonu today, without changing its function or undergoing serious restoration.
