probably the most delicious doner i have ever had for years. I thought that there should be something different with the fat they used preparing the doner. Later i was advised that they use 75% lamb and 25% beef tenderloin. while it is cooked lamb fat is melting down over it and gives a fantastic taste for your palate. By the way five star hygienic rest.
