It was wonderful 4 days in Sarikamis Iceberg Hotel, the hotel is really clean, new, foods are delicious and also the staff is very friendly and helpful, Engin Bey the hotel manager is especially very kind and professional in his job, my wife had ski lessons from Bulent Hoca who is the best trainer ever both for ski and for snowboarding. And sprecial thanks to Murat Bey restourant manager and Abdullah Bey for his delicious cocktails.

We were very well hosted from the beginning to the end at the ICEBERG hotel in Sarıkamış, where we went in the last week of February. Serdar and Seda, who contacted you for the first time at the reception, and Mr. Engin, the general manager of the hotel, immediately fulfilled all our requests for our 2-year-old daughter and for us Murat Bey, the manager of the cafe and restaurant section, and the bartender Abdullah. We would like to thank Mr. Volkan and the chief gentleman for the delicious food, especially for the delicious armor meatball he made for us. Hotel and our rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel is very clean and the location is very nice and the access to the slopes was very easy. The attention of the staff was very nice. We never had any problems. I felt like a customer of this hotel for years. We were welcomed very well. We were also very satisfied with the meals.
