service was extremely slow and we had to keep asking for amenities to be refilled, location isn’t very ideal if you wish to get around the city efficiently either. great views though, and the rooms themselves were nice and clean. Outdated Technology like the TV was a bit of a bother.

View was good , staff are friendly but you can not reach them at all time!!nnRoom was very old and so much scratches and dirty , i discovered lot of belongings form previous guest.nnShower smell is not good.nnTheir restaurant was nice and breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is located next to marina. So it makes it a very nice location for even a walking around the nice boats. The view is cool on the Bosforus channel. The service is good an all is clean and disinfected.

5 Stars hotel with partially view on the sea. It is far from the tourist attractions, So if you are visiting Istanbul for first time it is not your first choice. The room is good however the bed is high and not comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious with great variety and service. The marina is near and has lots of food and coffee choices. Also, the hyper market is adjunct to the hotel.
