Where there has been a busy crowd from the past. The attendants are relevant and directive. To reduce the crowd, I wish they could open some more tellers or bring additional branches nearby.

PTT used to be a place we had to visit almost a few days a week. As if the T (phone) was removed from the sign with the invention of the mobile phone. The new generation may not even hear the telegram anyway. When it comes to e (electronic) in the mail section, we now stop by for more cargo, official notices and money transfers. Despite everything, the Bakırköy branch responds to an intense demand. Communication needs of foreigners, money transfers and cargo are the most demanded services. It would be better to put more counters in the waiting area.
