After the city planning expert Count Alleon, who was brought from Paris in 1864, started his duty in Istanbul, his desire to live in a quiet, quiet place, not in the city, caused him to choose a cottage like Bakırköy and buy a land in the location of Stone School. began to build the kiosk. Stone School, which exhibits its architectural beauty with all its glory today, was built with Marseille tiles and bricks specially brought by Count Alleon from France like the Stone Bridge passing by the train line next to it. in this building until 1894 until the Great earthquake that occurred in Istanbul has lived.nnDue to the cracks in the building walls during the earthquake, he left and moved to the house no. The building, which was abandoned by Count Alleon, was purchased by Ali Rıza Paşa, Preveza Mutasarrıf in 1898 and inherited to his son Alaaddin Bey after his death. In 1900, the building was purchased by the Ministry of Education in 4200 gold Liras and converted into a school with the name Taş School. yielded.nnDuring the Republican period, the school continued to serve as primary school. The name of the school is called Stone School among the people. The school building was also named as Bakırköy Primary School and Bakırköy Central Primary School. The building, which has been educating thousands of students for 103 years from 1900 to 2003, has given education at Emlak Kredi Bank Elementary School due to renovation since 2004-2005 academic year. In 2009, a fire broke out and students could not return to Taş Mektep. and continued education at another school.nnRenovated in 2014, the building serves as the Center for Continuing Education at Ibn Haldun University.

It was a pity that the school was opened again as a primary school was not prepared as ?? At least it was a little gratifying to reopen as a school, but I think everyone would be happier if it wasn't private but a state ... We worked very hard in time for this school, there was a part of our heart. Maybe no understanding but my Lord puts everything in its place !!! I wish it would be good ...

It's my school. In the basement, servants used milk powders to distribute milk to classes. We actually had the weird taste. Our Hasan teacher used to distribute American aid. We used water from the taps in the garden. I was jealous of the mehter team. They wouldn't take us because we were girls. That's how we grew up.

I was surprised, excited, and delighted to find google maps te here at primary school from 1966 to 1971. After so many years, it was nice to see even your photos.nTwo-sided stairs and the part we read.nThe strange toilet on the corner of the garden where we play corner hug in the garden, not in the school during cold weather.nThe red bricks are new. I never knew it was an Italian mansion. I am reading and writing math, science, and social life in primary school, and in life I salute my teacher Nigar and if my love is late, I am sending God's mercy.
