I checked in because I was spending the day in the airport, the staff were super helpful and friendly and finding my room was pretty simple. The room was large, fitted with a bathroom, tv desk and a very comfortable bed with two night stands. I checked out the same day to catch my flight but they wouldn't allow me to fly, so I had to spend an extra night at the airport. Super thankful to Yotel and the team for allowing to check back in at no extra cost. Check in process was pretty easy, passport and fill out a covid form, they check your temp and then you are set to go.

After learning 24 hour of delay of our flight, in a hopeless moment, YOTEL appeared in front of us to the rescue in the airport at a great location ! It changed our horrible experience of waiting for a day into a great restful experience at the airport. Fantastic customer service, impeccably clean rooms, and very smooth/fast admin. Thank you YOTEL for the great stay ! I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is great for short transits as you do not have to wake up earlier to go through passport or security. This is also the only airside hotel at IST and therefore not cheap. Beware, the rooms are small. We booked the larger king room but it's still small. I only gave 3 stars since the room was not very clean. There were some hairs on the floor and 1 on my pillow. The sink also did not drain well. Lastly both seats were stained which was very gross. In the end the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Love this place; highly recommend for a long layover in istanbul; and very convinient. This place deserves a better rating!
