Number plate 34 TJR 69 Driver name Burhan BalikçinnTook the taxi at night. When I paid the 20TL the driver said I paid only 10TL. Then took another 10TL from us and kept shouting at us infront of other people rudely. I have attached the car number plates of the taxi and the driver's picture. BiTaksi should take immediate action by banning this person from the BiTaksi.nnBiTaksi is responsible for these taxi drivers. This is fraud and theft. Burhan Balikçi and other driver like him should not be allowed to rob tourists and customers.nnThis app is not recommended until real changes are made. Please use other mobile apps like iTaksi.

I am foreigner who travels to Istanbul frequently. Last week I asked someone to call a cab for me but I had a Very unpleasant experience with the driver Mustafa Patan 34 TJM 03, who was extremely rude and overcharged for a shorttrip to the topkapi palace. At that time i was not able to walk so somene called the cab on my behalf. Instead of being charged 8 liras according to screen, the chargef 30 liras. I hope you can do something about it

Give your taxi drivers a treat when they come there, like tea and coffee, be sincere and be sincere so that the drivers should try harder and not shake and attack the system.
