Number plate 34 TJR 69 Driver name Burhan BalikçinTook the taxi at night. When I paid the 20TL the driver said I paid only 10TL. Then took another 10TL from us and kept shouting at us infront of other people rudely. I have attached the car number plates of the taxi and the driver's picture. BiTaksi should take immediate action by banning this person from the BiTaksi. BITaksi is responsible for these taxi drivers. This is fraud and theft. Burhan Balikçi and other driver like him should not be allowed to rob tourists and customers. This app is not recommended until real changes are made. Please use other mobile apps like iTaksi.

Warning! Never take this taxi service, drivers overcharge five times the original price and take you around in circles. Use UBER which is much more reliable.

I am looking for the Customer Representative and asking if the Beşiktaş branch is open on Sunday, they say OPEN. I say it's open until 21:00. Then I'm going to Beşiktaş .. Aaaaa oo my God .. There is no such place. Moved. I'm looking again, where can you describe this place? She says it moved. Wow friend bee
