I have been visiting Dr.Secil for 5 months. She is very nice and helpful, no complaints about it. However, appointments are so short. I pay 150TL for per visit and health insurance pays the rest but appointments are usually 10-15 minutes long. It should at least be 30 minutes because with insurance co pay they get paid around 250- 300TL in total.

Let me also write my complaint that they did not add to the complaintvar:nnI have been a client of the Medallion Psychiatric Center for 2 years, and I am sure that the problem I am experiencing does not allow me to change a doctor frequently, and in general, the importance of continuing with the same person in psychological situations is already known to the doctors rather than us clients. When I first started, the fee for SSI employees was 130 TL with a psychiatrist, and after 1 year it was 150 TL - which is quite understandable. However, when the series and popularity increased, the fee was 200 TL after 3 months, it was not enough. 2 months later, online interviews became 215 TL, especially because I could not go to the clinic due to the pandemic and even did not want to go.nnI am pregnant and I apologize dear Medallion for not wanting to go from place to place by constantly changing public transport!

A VERY RISKY LOCATION FOR COVID !! In the tiny waiting room, 6 psychologist's patients are waiting at the same time, both seats are full, the rest are standing .. ventilation is zero, windows are closed. There is not even a 5-minute interval between the patients, one patient comes out and the other comes in.nLeave the commercial anxiety aside and take 1 patient in a day during this period, maybe they use that time to ventilate the room for at least 5-10 minutes among the patients !!!nBy the way, you think you have made a 40-minute appointment, but if the previous patient comes out late, your time inside may be 12 minutes, then they do not even tell your complaint properly !!! like the situation we have experienced with our Dr. Fatma: ( He lists antidepressants as if you can use it as a simple pain reliever Parol or something, it is so comfortable !!! without listening or talking ...nEven in the busiest State hospital, the time allocated to the patient may be more than that. Moreover, here you pay 415 TL, 600 TL, on top of that, by taking the risk of catching Covid, since there is no pandemic measure ...

The waiting room is very narrow and I think it should not be so crowded on covid19 days, I also wanted to go to the sink, they said that it was locked and the water was cut.

MONEY TRAP!! I did not get any results from the 6 months treatment I received from the Medallion psychiatric center. On the contrary, it made me worse. From the owner to the secretary working at the counter, from the psychiatrist to his psychologist, I understood that the only thing in his eyes was money that I was not healthy. They care about themselves and play with the health of the people with the institutions they open in luxury districts. My advice to those who will go to this institution if they want a real result, do not go !! (Also the reason I give 5 stars is the top)
