Those who are considering renting a house, I'm sitting in R4 right now. It is in the building that has no garden, facing the road, no smoking floor, but paying the same dues as the buildings in the site. I did not use the air conditioner, I pay 15 TL every month :) I had a problem with the toilet and windows. I called the management, the technical team came, and thank you they are solution oriented. He said call this toilet broken plumber, call this window broken shutter. SUCH AN INTELLIGENCE, THERE IS NO SUCH FINISH :) I pay a dues to this intelligence .. Except for the shopping mall underneath, it does not have the slightest beauty. There is not even a market nearby. There is a buffet at the bottom and it takes 5 lira or something. There is a Trendist ahead of Brandium, there is a net under the gym or something. I will pass there by the end of the year. I do not mind, I am giving 460 pounds dues but it does not end more.
