I am a medical student working with the university , I know the doctors and trust me i know things on the inside this hospital is NOT hygienic , staff are SO rude , the doctors don’t know anything, save yourselves !!

You call!nThey be like (for ENGLISH PRESS 9)nI swear to everything I pressed 9!!nThen I get (merhaba)nSo I ask if she knows english and she be like nonSo if you dont know ENGLISH why are you answering the line where people chose to speak and be spoken to in english?nOkay no problem I will wait for her to transfer me to another person who also doesnt speak english and sooo on until they choose to make me wait for like 5 minutes then randomly hang up on me!!nLike if there are no people qualified to answer me in English why is there a choice FOR ENGLISH PRESS 9 :)

The hospital sees every visitor as a customer, not a patient! If you come with your vehicle, you are a multi-layered customer, there is a magnificent valet service at the door. All kinds of parking are free for them, but if you park on the roads, then the job changes, be prepared for the penalty!

Their working style of making appointments is different, online dating systems are odd, they don't accept appointments before they return. It's not practical. But the employees are concerned and trying hard to help, that's better than pain

Yeditepe Kozyatağı Hospital, which I went to for my son for the first time on 02.11.2020 ... The valet, who says that the parking lot is full and tries to take the car, causes an extremely difficult situation and causes traffic. The attitude that forces him to give to the valet does not suit the hospital. You can neither enter the car park nor go back, the vehicles come on top of each other. You cannot quickly be directed to the doctor you will be examined. We went for pediatric surgery. After his examination, he directed us to the pediatric gastrology department. Although we asked whether it was available and left, we were formally forced to be examined even though we paid the examination fee. You are kept waiting for minutes at every bank. They say that we can get ready in the same waiting ultrasound process in the laboratory process, and you are waiting for 3 patient rows. And these procedures are performed on a 4-year-old child patient. When you complain about being kept on ultrasound, you get the answer if you didn't come. From the person who did the ultrasound. Unfortunately, it is not a child-friendly hospital. There is no spacious environment, you are getting narrower, you are running around in order to carry out transactions. I do not know if we will get the results or we will have a hard time with it. I hope they will be surprised in this matter. I do not intend to go again, the transactions are concluded, I do not have any other requests from them. If they do not want to lose the patient, they should immediately offer free parking to the patients, their doctors should be more concerned, they should not take such approaches, procedures should be performed in a short time, patients and their relatives should not wait at every point.
