A travel agency located in the old town of Sultanahmet, Istanbul and indeed a very professional one. We did a tailor made tour of Turkey, and arranged it at the spot and in the last minute. Everything was beyond our expectations. Thank you Pasifik Travel

I booked the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise at the last minute and had a wonderful night on a beatiful boat with my family. Definitely recommended.

They have an office located right next to Sultanahmet tram station and you can book daily tours and package tours of Turkey.

So I was a walk in customer for these guys early May 2017. Long story short, do not book at this agency unless it’s for a single one-off purchase like a bus ticket or something of that sort. Do NOT buy a pre-planned week tour with these guys. Absolute scammers. You’ll be ripped off badly for a below average service.nnKursat, a “expert travel agent” he calls himself. From the start, he yells at you a bit, talk very fast, doesn’t explain the plan or itinerary in detail so you can fully understand exactly what you’re buying from him. I get he's a salesmen and says they get the best deals because they buy the tours in a better rate at the start of the year. Said booking via them is 30-35% guaranteed. I think what he was trying to say is that he will rip you off by 30-35% that what it's actually worth.nnI get the fact that he is a salesman and he’s just doing his job… but don’t expect any more than this. He will literally sell you a typical overpriced tour to make his commission and then leave you to figure out things yourself.nnI was sold a “special low season price” budget backpacker package for Gallipoli, Troia, Cappadocia and Pamakkule and end up in Fethiya. All travel by local bus services, not including Hot Air Balloon tour and basic accommodation in dorms + to save on cost = 2 night buses (sleep in a seat). Told me for 1300 Lira, (almost 400 USD) I was getting an incredible deal. I was convinced and sold this amazing, great value tour.nnSoon after speaking with a couple of travellers who had done something similar in recent times, I quickly realised after paying these guys that I’ve made a big mistake buying this tour as it was almost double what the regular cost would have been.nnCouple of examples:nnStandard day tour to Gallipoli is $70-$75 USD for full day trip, there and back + food. Include an extra day in Troia the following day and it would’ve been about say $140 USD (or about 500 Lira) including 1 night accommodation (as you don’t need to pay for return travel twice). What I was given was no lunch the second day, said it was not included. Realised the Troia tour was probably the worst tour I’ve been on. Very boring site, little preserved history and facts. The boat ferry across to Canakkale was only 3 Lira. 17 hour bus ride to Cappadocia was only 80 Lira, no lunch, no dinner included. Also following breakfast not included. Free day of nothing in Goreme (no food included this day). Was booked into a Cigarette stinking dorm room in one of the worst hostels I’ve stayed in, forced to stay there for 2 nights. Realised that this hostel is only 30 Lira a night as well. Cappadocia day tours are 100 Lira each (or cheaper if you negotiate and book in the town itself with other tours). Bus to Pamukkale is 50 Lira Pamukale tour is 100 Lira and bus to Fethiya was only 25 Lira.nnSame friend also booked with this company by mistake, booked flight to Cappadocia, 2 night stay in single room, hot air balloon ride + Cappadocia day tour = Overpriced at 1,400 Lira when we worked it out, the same tours, flight, accommodation, etc was actually just under 900 Lira.nnPlease note that you’re locked into a tight schedule with little if no flexibility and further explanation. I was lucky in the sense that I had bought a sim card with calling minutes and internet because if I didn’t I would’ve not been able to contact the connecting tours (between hostel owners + tour companies) These guys provide little to no guidance on how transfers are going to work, etc.nnI honestly think great travel agencies are the ones that listen to you and advise the best options in a detailed manner so you feel confident about your purchase. Pasifik Travel agency is NOT one of these, they are a typical hustling salesmen that really leaves a terrible stain to your holiday and experience.
