I use an ipragaz tube. Today, when one eye of the stove was open and the other was opened, the flame began to decrease, I thought it might be a detentor. I did not have a document since I bought it in June last year. I called, I explained the situation. I think they may have looked at the system and saw that half an hour later the tank shop was at the door with a new detent. He changed it, my troubles were resolved. It makes one very happy to come across genuine tradesmen who stand behind such goods. Thanks
