Working hours are written on the website as 08.00-17.00, you are going to the door wall, but at the door 08.00-16.00, which one is very difficult to make a correct arrangement. People come queuing up the procedures, one person does the procedures, most importantly, there is no God's servant looking at the phones, irresponsibility who inspects them at the knee length. There is nobody, it's a pity for people, everybody works as a state institution, they act as they wish, neither the inspector nor question, they occupy the place of the people who will work properly.
