When I called, your intensive follow-up system said your cargo. Since they did not have branches in Iznik, they made me travel 80 km and went to this branch after saying that you have a cargo in the system. After going that long, they said that you can not deliver the product that is missing a piece of your cargo, and come back again. Sorry here, we apologize, there is no such thing. On the second day, I received a message saying that your cargo is at our branch. I wanted to call and confirm the branch. I called 50 times, they did not open. When I took the 80 km road again, the Branch staff replied, 'Şerife Yılmaz', apologize on behalf of our company. I will continue to complain to every authority until these personnel are treated. A lousy branch, employee and firm, just go elsewhere !!!!
