I ordered my engagement cake from here, which is definitely not professional, and the cake arrived hours after the engagement started, although I have called it many times. In addition, instead of the cake I ordered, they made a cake of their own and wrote our name and sent it. I would definitely have sent that cake back if it hadn't been during the engagement. Absolutely regretful.
