A disgraceful business. Employees hate what they do. I have been at home for a week, because the cargo will come, neither came nor left. Nobody knocks on the door. When I call, he says that you are not at home on distribution. I work from home. I have not been out of the house until 7 pm for a week just because the cargo will arrive. They came supposedly but I did not exist. I said I am at home, the woman on the phone said, come and take it then. Do not do if you do not like this service. Do you have to get cancer fellow people in this job? When I went to pick up the cargo, my box money was fragmented and pieces were falling from it. I wanted a tape and they even gave it with a nose roll. How can I take it? You ruined the cargo. Did you throw the box on the ground, what did you do? Do not send any cargo from here, it will probably be torn on the road, or the person in charge says you came without even pressing the bell, saying it was heavy.

There is a man who accepts cargo so rough that every time the same rude attitude, far from humanity! A problem in every cargo, every return .. where you get disgraced with your money.

Looking at the comments made, everyone is in a similar position. They say 'our quota is full, call a courier home' from the branch and then try to get to the top because we are not picking up cargo from the house. The rude attitude of the branch manager sitting at the back desk is reflected in all employees.

They haven't been receiving my return package since Friday last week. I can only return the defacto brand products I bought from Trendyol with mng cargo. I will bring it if it is a small package, but I cannot bring a large package, but when I say how can I bring it, the employee named ugur says it is not your problem for me .... The same is not the case for other branches. But the Mecidiyekoy officer sucks.
