geçen hafta octovan ile ankara içinde taşındım ve hiç bu kadar memnun kalacağımı düşünmemiştim açıkcası. taşınacağım gün geldiler hemen mutfaktaki ıvır zıvırlarım dahil olmak üzere her şeyi özenle paketlediler ve evden çıkarttılar. benim çok fazla eşyam olmasına rağmen hiçbir kaybolma vs yaşamadım. hızlı olması da benim için önemliydi çünkü çalışıyorum ve bu işlere ayıracak ne vaktim ne de halim var. sağolsunlar beni uğraştırmadan hallettiler her şeyi. bir sorun yaşamadım ama yaşasaydım bile mağdur edeceklerini sanmam çok ilgililer. tekrar teşekkürler.
Someone moving his house with this company has settled on our site. They damaged the elevator of the site. Site security saw and informed that the damage was done. The company expert came and made 1250 TL of damage. The firm said it would only pay half. When the time passed, they sent another expert. This time, they decided not to pay at all, saying that you don't have any documents for the damage. I say think twice while carrying your belongings. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
We moved our house from Denizli to Istanbul, they gave more affordable prices than local companies, we were talking about the local company, we are crossing the bridge, there is no problem with any of my products, they set themselves up and you get prof service, I definitely recommend
I made an appointment from octovan to move the belongings in my apartment about 1 month ago. The people who will carry out the transportation reached my flat at the appointment time. I did not have any problems during transportation. They wrapped heavy items beautifully with their own materials. When we went to the house where we were moving, 2 people came to the door during the transportation. When I found out that they were Octovan officials, I was quite surprised. They asked me if I had any problems with transportation, whether everything was okay. I stated that there was no problem and thanked. They left after about 5 minutes to 10 minutes. In order not to struggle, I also received a lighting installation service. Therefore, someone else came home 2-3 hours later. I am very pleased with this service. I would recommend it to everyone. Pricing is very reasonable. Most importantly, there is someone you can reach when you have a problem.
Stay away. They offered us an offer, they said the driver will call you tomorrow. We barely reached the driver on the 45th call. The driver did not give that price and accused us of lying because you are lying. Then he said I will not take it, I have a job, I am going. We were left in the middle. We called the company back and they brought nothing to do. Everyone threw the blame against each other. I am not even sure if there is a company, I have not seen such a company.
