Süper fast online service, you can get your insurance done online just in few minutes. Despite being in another city, I got hard copies of the documents within 3 days! Responsive and supportive staff. Thank you!

This was the worst service ever experienced. I worked with them several years ago and they were not able to send me important documents via e-mail. How difficult can it be to send an e-mail? Another disturbing thing was that my business calls were on speaker and everyone could listen to it! I discovered this by accident, seeing the assistants laughing about the call. Oh, they were laughing because I was harassed by the caller. Disgusting! I wish every sexist person on this planet a bad carma!

Very nice staff and outstanding customer service if we compare to the local average level. Offices are nice neat and comfortable enough for small teams. I highly recommend them.
