I was always a little suspicious of this place from the beginning. We took our dog for his vaccinations and after each time, when they said just one more, they would say it again and again. So it seemed like they weren't being completely honest with us. Then he had bad diarrhea with blood and they had him on an IV 5 days in a row, which seemed excessive, but they're the experts, I'm not and i trusted them. Then he was recently neutered. Everything went well, they said he should get his stitches out and cone off in 1 week. Again, I didn't question, they're the experts after all. But every source online told me 10 - 14 days. Anyway, a few hours after his stitches were taken out, his wound completely opened up again. It hadn't fully healed! Then, the owner of the place tried to blame us, accusing us of leaving him alone in the house and going out celebrating! Absolute disgrace, unprofessional and incompetent. We are changing vets ASAP.
