After my cat fell out of the window, I consulted the Anemon veterinary clinic in our neighborhood, where I regularly bought diet food for the urinary tract. On the first day, necessary blood tests were taken and x-rays were taken. It was stated that the injection would be made for the following 3 days and that the treatment consisted of this. But from the first day I was of the opinion that I did not have enough information and explanation about what the problem was. The fact that there were various changes while watching the treatment, the suggestion of something else as a problem every time I went, completely leaving the whole process to the veterinarian Özgür Bey, completely destroyed my trust and decided to consult another veterinarian. Following this, I requested the results of the tests and the treatment file to be forwarded to the other doctor I would take. I attach the photograph of this document, which I expect to detail the treatment process, and I believe that it is proof of the justification of my doubts and general insecurity during the process. In the paper presented to me, the name of my cat was spelled incorrectly, and the time of day and dosage details of the drugs administered were not included. It only writes the names. And when I stated that I did not find this situation appropriate, Mr. Özgür said, will you understand? Show it to the doctor, those moments, if he does not understand, he approached with a looseness like calling me.

I received the phone call in a sincere way I was satisfied with the answers. In urgent situations, a solution-oriented interview was held instead of a stoic attitude.
