I was going to buy 2 kilograms of fish, they said it was ready for 20 minutes, they said that it was not ready when I left, after twenty minutes, they waited in the cold for half an hour, then they told me to wait another half hour, and when they reacted to this, they said you can cancel if you want. Absolutely zero or even negative in terms of customer satisfaction. It does the same, or even more, to anyone who does this, even to its constant customer. So it is not necessary to shop from a place all the time. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I'm telling you as a person from Van. Never, ever, order fish by phone from here. Yesterday, I wanted fish by phone and also made a tray to throw in the oven. The attitude towards the customer I go and see is already at a terrible level. Except for the sullen face, they also gave such a fish that all the garbage you know, they lined the crushed fish on the tray. An establishment that definitely does not deserve its money.
