It was among the hotels that I would not go unless I have to. Although the air conditioner worked well, the room was not heated. Certainly, when you get out of the shower, people are cold. (I'm talking for the winter, of course) There was water in the room with a jug and nothing else. When I left the room the corridors were also cold. his breakfast is a complete fiasco. There is only a breakfast plate in the pictures. I was saying not that much, but we were hungry for breakfast. But we went for skiing, after all, we stayed for 1 night, we did our skiing, we returned. We came to the front of the hotel unchained on the ice, but the last ramp is difficult without chains when there is snow. (passenger car) we put on a chain and went out. It is worth mentioning.

A hotel that I would not recommend in any way. It is irrational for them to give water in the rooms with a jug even during the pandemic process. There is no disinfectant anywhere except in the lobby. You don't want anything in the room. The child is charged 50 TL for the breakfast plate, there is no hot treat in the breakfast, you want omelettes, money is forced to find a tiny 300 ml plastic bottle and bring money. There is nothing about personal cleaning products in the rooms, interiors, carpets, beds are not clean at all.

THE MEALS WASTE. COFFEE PORTION 40 TL BURNED ONLY 5 PIECES DO NOT TAKE MORE EXPECTATION OF THE HOTEL THAT CAN BE STAYED ONLY. IT IS CONSISTS OF COFFEE. SALAD WITH CARRUC AND BUTTERFLY PRICE 15 TL.There is a stove on the terrace, I did not know what we would have done without it and the dining hall was hot. There is no person that they called Nurten Abla in previous comments. young people are spinning. The rooms are cold at first and then warming up. The air conditioner has to be on all the time.

I think this one star is even more people stay in this hotel only because of the impossibilities. Imagine that you can think about the air conditioning in a mountain and the heating system. Can you think of the air conditioner when the weather is minus? How will the air conditioners work?

The room we stayed in was very cold, it was not like that. There was a storm in the room at night, there was almost that degree of noise, the heater was not even interested, although we expressed that we were cold, we did not even care.
