Balıklı Kaplıca Otel

I have been suffering from Psoriasis for many years. I travelled from the UK to Balikli Kaplica, my experience was fantastic I saw great results in just a few days. The spring water and doctors fish are the 2 main factors in the cure, the pool water is crystal clear very clean and temperature is perfect Luke warm. I would definitely go back.nnThe staff are amazing and very helpful the receptionist Neziha was a great lady who understood and could speak English as we struggled to speak in Turkish she helped out. Melikà and ümit were absolutely brilliant people they helped in every way possible. The Balikli Kaplica nurse Merve always understood every problem and helped full heartedly.nnThe food was delicious Chef Borhan had a specialty in every meal. Wolkan and Halife made the best tea and coffee.nnThe hotel service was top quality, Najema Abla and Fatma Abla were very good, the room always smelt good and always hygienic.nnOverall, I highly recommend Balıklı Kaplıca, because the results are incredibly successful and secondly the staff is the best.

Unfortunately, Balıklı Kaplıca did not get the value it deserved.

It would be very nice if the facility was reorganized with a general landscaping. It needs some maintenance. It is a minus that there is no fish in the male pool. There were fishes in a small pond, it was not like to be entered. The creek and fish are great. You should definitely come. I broke 2 stars due to the condition of the facility.
