Three words to describe this hotel Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! we had an absolutely wonderful romantic stay here, Begum and Emre were Incredible hosts who along with everyone of their staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Every room is unique and beautiful and everywhere is spotless The breakfasts are Incredible and fresh, the only complaint not enough orange jam :))) We used the taxi driver they recommended as our own personal driver whilst we were there, who was brilliant. We can't wait to return! :))

Final night in this surprisingly well designed hotel. Decided to give it a thumbs up before I forget.nnBefore I entered the hotel, I was so worried I was duped. I could not find the hotel and the neighbourhood looks .... run down, dusty and lots of empty lots. I asked if they served dinner and they say they don’t.nnBut when the friendly staff brought me into the hotel and the room, I was so surprised. Immediately I could tell it was decorated with love. Indeed the friendly hosts told me that the place was restored keeping its original structure unlike other hotels. They seems to be architect and not hotelier so it makes it all the more a need for a good review.nnThe recommendations from the hosts were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the rooms was well designed, dog was friendly. Whenever I come back to the hotel, I am welcomed by sounds miles Davis.nnVery recommended, they still have things to learn as a non-hotelier but it’s great for a new establishment.

We couldn’t have imagined a more idyllic setting or better hospitality than Aya Kapadokya. The property itself has been restored painstakingly over several years, keeping original cave house details (there was an original chapel ceiling in our room). Breakfast was delicious, fresh and taken each morning from the terrace overlooking a quiet traditional neighborhood. The owners became friends during our 2 night stay and took us around to their favorite hidden sites in the valley. One of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had.

This boutique hotel is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Each room is unique and beautifully renovated. We loved the vibe: music, an interesting library, two cute dogs and great food!

A uniquely renovated boutique hotel with great taste and attention to detail, it feels like a living museum. Wonderful service, spotlessly clean and great food. The owners are lovely and very knowledgeable. Will be coming back soon!
