DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Avanos - Cappadocia

The worst doubletree I have seen During my last 30 years. I stayed two nights. I need to flight fly in bed room and restaurant. At the restaurant. 1. Sofa is broken 2. The table is not clean and not even one table setup. 3. The restaurant staff stand at side keep talking 4. I asked to setup table for me. I only get fork and knife 5. Restaurant staff touch the vegetable with dirty hand directly. 6. I tried to ask two fried eggs three times. At the end, I quieted. The last time, I stand in front of cooking station for more than one minute and I am the only customer at front. Try to find the manager, The front desk staff on the phone all the time without seeing the customer at front. I am 100% unhappy with the hotel. This management show no attention to manager this hotel. There are much more problems with this hotel.

Dusty, unkempt, second rate hotel where the air conditioning and heating don't work properly. The single worst DoubleTree I have ever stayed in. Even the cookies are terrible! Staff is kind inspite of the ownership failing to do their job.

Cosy hotel with Hilton hospitality. Not as near to Avanos town center but walkable (20 minutes). However, you need taxi to go to Göreme. Staffs are friendly and service is good.

I expect more emphasis to be placed on cleanliness, that is, it seems normal for bath towels to be trodden and appreciated, not wrinkled as I found them. As if they were used. Plus, the lack of bathrobes and many other stuff I do not want to enumerate. Let me not talk about the staff at the terrace, which was chaotic. It was not a very enjoyable experience, relative to the prices that we expect to have a better quality of service

Best Wi-Fi of my whole trip, its good, nice spread of buffet breakfast, clean, comfy.
