Giritligil Hotel

Not recommend for families. The worst experience I have ever had for welcoming process in a hotel. We came to the hotel at night with our baby sleeping. They tested our temperature then I wanted to pay the price of room quickly to put our baby into her bed in the Room to avoid to wake her up. But the women in the reception said that it is not possible for her to allow the mother and baby to move to the room without filling the forms that will take 10 minutes to do. I asked that we can fill them in the room than hand to the desk. But she refused it in a cold way. Then I asked three times she refused again. She has just ignored the babies situation. The reason I disappointed in this situation is I have stayed 6 different hotels before this and all of them were more welcoming and none of them wanted us to wait even before pay the price. We are frustrated. They behave in that manner even we have booked the room from Booking, imagine when you have booked from another platform.

Great hotel-museum. The breakfast room is located in an old ottoman hamam. Incredible.

Nice hotel with great care about history, since it have a part of ancient structure of Saray-i Amire Hamami (Manisa Palace Bath Place) beneath the hotel, and they show it for free in the ground floornnBreakfast is good, room is clean and tidy also good spaces, location is excellent, near city center. And the breakfast place is the best I have ever seen in my life, ancient Saray-i Amire right in front of your breakfast

One of the very best hotels we've seen in Turkey. Large rooms, great facilities and friendly people. Breakfast is served near the foundations of a medieval hammam.
