Ege Palace Termal&Spa Hotel

Very clean new hotel, relevant friendly staff. I went with my twin young children for 1 night on the weekend, the hotel was not full due to the pandemic and they allocate the thermal pool and bath, which are common areas, to the family. There is a jacuzzi in the room. They did all kinds of help to keep the children comfortable. My children had a lot of fun, we would love to go again in the off-peak weeks. It would be better to use natural and delicious foods of higher quality than ready-made small packaged products if the natural breakfast sprinkled on the table at breakfast in the restaurant. It would be great if they could build an indoor toy playground for the little ones! I recommended it to my colleagues around me.

The employees are guleryuzlu, they solve the problems immediately, the hotel is new and well-maintained, hygienic place.

There is no problem except that the breakfast starts at 8 and the restaurant ends at 19.00. Internet does not work in some rooms.

We came here in the winter, it was quiet, calm and cold about the staff. The first room they gave was bad for cleanliness, but they destroyed it by changing rooms. 10 min drive to the city. Beautiful

I had to wait because of the pandemic, and they said they would not give me a drink. I welcomed it with understanding. But when I want to sit down for a while, they remove me from the table, using the Gendarmerie as an excuse.
