I was very upset when the diamond of the solitaire-ring I bought a year ago disappeared. I used it for half a year. When I explained to him, they asked me to bring him.nA week ago I stopped by and they sent my ring off. I went to pick it up yesterday (5 days) and got a diamond, I got it with a certificate. I was very surprised at such a service, which I never expected. Thank you ZEN and the staff. ❤nThe staff were very kind and cheerful.
