Great helpful, warm and friendly staff, lovely decor and atmosphere, great music that's just in the background and not disturbing, a good selection of alcohol, cold beers and special made shots and cocktails, in a local location, good prices and hospitality and a satisfactory snack menu.

Those who are drunk are calling, yelling, do not warn any staff, do not intervene. The customer level has deteriorated.
