I live there, it's nice, quiet place, good service and so on. The employees from the real estate agent are very friendly and helpful. The complex is very well maintained inside and out. Disadvantages: When entering / exiting the underground car park, you have to call that the barriers will open. When driving outside you have to practice in order not to damage the front bumpers.

A site where the construction company is extremely troubled. They continue the construction started by the same construction company right next to it, without thinking about the residents of the neighborhood and their own site residents and without obeying the clock rules. We made numerous complaints to both the company official and the Çiğli municipality, but nothing changed. Their troubles never end. Living in La Bonita means you are exposed to the same firm's disrespectful behavior and discomfort.nIn previous years, former employees of the construction company had held a collective meeting because they could not get their salaries.
