I specifically called and asked when they would deliver the product, and the day they said, we were always at home. They said they could not find it at home. They said we will send it the next day, of course it did not come again. Even the sending company called us and asked if there was any problem. When we called the branch again, they said that the product was in pieces and they would return it. There was a lack of information. This is now commonplace for them, as I have read other comments about lying knee length and the most painful thing. Also, I do not know how long you made the product live enough to realize that the sealed package was broken. Indeed, even a star is too much.

Our home is only 300 meters away even though we are at home all day as usual. However, our cargo did not reach us even though it was delivered in the morning. I had to go get it myself and I always experience this.

branch also reflects Mng as a result there are endless system failure problems, it cannot be reached, 0 quality, 0 trust, if the cargo company of the product I will buy is mng, I give up buying the product.

Since our cargo is standard, it is put in the elevator and when I call the branch it is said that it is due to the pandemic. Even if it is standard cargo, we have to be delivered home and sign. It's a really amateur company. I will contact the place of purchase and ask them to give up this company.
