Good service good rooms, very good for a town

The stay was ok, but the service was very bad. We were visiting with 5 people and they sold us 3 rooms because they said they only had 2 beds per room, but as we checked the rooms there was one room with a double bed and a single bed. The second room had 2 single beds so we had enough with 2 rooms. I don’t understand why we needed a third one?nnAfter addressing this they just said sorry and did nothing else...

Özpark Hotel is pretty nice. The lobby is big, the rooms are reasonably well sized, and the breakfast selection is good. When I was there, the cooling didn't work, which was a bit annoying, but I just opened the window, even if that means listening to those annoying Muslim prayers they always broadcast throughout the whole city. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, but that should come as no surprise. The water pressure in the shower is TERRIBLE. I suggest tilting it as much as you can so that the water collects and pours out the a bit harder on the end. It barely pours water out at all, you can barely feel it.

Good hotel on the foothills coupled with super awesome weather really make the place beautiful. A very peaceful place and very cordial people.

Gender seperated pool times were disappointing. Can't go to pool with my wife.
