If you wait for your cargo to be delivered to your address, it is very unlikely to be delivered, but I suggest you follow it online and pick it up yourself from the branch. The number of employees is low and they cannot keep up, reflect your anger on the company, not on the employees. Employees do not have time to raise their heads in this intensity. As far as I go and see, 2 people can answer the phone if they have time and enjoyment, although I usually don't prefer it, when I shop online, I try to solve my own business myself and receive it from the branch.
