The product that we satinal, then became defective after a while. We've informed them, they came and sent them for repair. Full 1 week we sent out the product because we sent the company to repair the product later said they forgot to send. Over the next one week after the last one of our products when we ask what they sent but they did not know if they came to the repair place. Understandably, they have a very unrelated, unyielding and loyal attitude about their customers and their problematic products. It's your discretion whether or not they have a customer.
