It is located in Çinarlı District of Ermenek District. It is the first big madrasa built during the Karamanoğulları Period. The madrasah built by Emir Musa Bey, son of Bedrettin Mahmut Bey, one of the rulers of Karamanoglu, was built in 1339 and is located in the city center. The Tol Madrasa, owned by the General Directorate of Foundations, was registered as a cultural structure in 1980. A place located in the center of Ermenek with its historical texture with its operations can not be entered inside is not open, it is a beautiful place with huge sycamores around it that can be visited from outside the garden can be sit in the view of the dam.
