As can be understood from the comments, this place, which has been under renovation for a long time, was not finished in 2019, and it was standing idle and idle during our visit in August 2020, apparently they forgot this facility!nThe city is not fully visible because it is not a very dominant place anyway. However, even though there are such high mountains around, there is not even a vehicle road and will take photos.

It is a beautiful social facility on the viewing hill where you can watch the entire Erzincan view in the most detailed way. A nice place to visit and visit in every Erzincan visit.
