Great place to study.

Since I had a pandemic, I did not have much opportunity to go. I want to talk about one thing. There are no books in the library! When I go to buy the book I want, the return date of the books is over. People buy and do not bring them back, but this punishment is not a deterrent. After all, if the field's tc is certain, big penalties are imposed on those who do not bring it back (such as fines), then the folks will bring the books exactly, and this scarcity of books in the library will disappear.

It is sad that there is no internet, but it is a nice environment for studying, but it would be better if the internet problem is solved.

The largest and most modern library of the submarine is very good for its builders.
