Hotel Lago Di Salda

Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly service, amazing views.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel in October, 2016 and were the only guests in residence. It was lovely, and the staff was very accommodating. We fell in love with a puppy at Sami's Pide on the west shore of the lake. We've had him for almost four years now.nnMy daughter and I stayed in the hotel last summer and also had a wonderful time. The single student rooms are small, but my daughter was visiting during Bayram, so we couldn't reserve double rooms with the lake view. It didn't matter too much. Air-conditioning is not needed in this mountainous region of Turkey... not even in August.nnThe food is very good, the lake is surreal, and there are several outstanding archaeological sites in the region.nnMy only disappointment is that the hotel doesn't accept dogs, so my wife and I can't easily return for a visit. But with two Kangals in residence, I understand. :o)nnI honestly can't understand some of the negative reviews here. Some people!!!

Different, very nice, I came by night and went next morning. I book next time again and.stay longer.

as you can see from the photos, the hotel is located in a splendid natural setting with a magnificent view of the lake of Salda. The terrace and the swimming pool add a lot of charm. More generally, the hotel is very clean and the staff very attentive and polite. Hotel only provides half board with extra dinner. The only downside is the lack of variety in the evening menu. There are only 4 fixed menus. The rooms deserve a touch of renovation, ditto for the bathrooms. If these two points change, then the hotel deserves 3 stars.nwe spent 4 wonderful days. thank you all the team.

Hotel doesnt have COVID precautions ,very unsanitary conditions.The owner is very deceptive and made additional charge on my credit card after checkout without informing me prior to check-in.The bed linnen had some black pubic hairs left (probably linnen is not washed constantly) highly dissatisfied with this venue.☹ufe0f
