Afytos Akçay Hotel

The hotel was awful. Food was really bad. The staff who serves the food was rude. We couldn't enjoy our vacation. I would never recommend this hotel. Waste of money. It has safety tourism certificate but it has no safety at all. Everything was dirty. Nothing done in the name of cleanliness.

It was a terrible hotel. We were there in the summer of 2020. There is nothing but turkey meat and chicken in the meals. Every evening the same menu, even if they are not ashamed, they will put pasta in breakfast.

Since you want to continue your honeymoon vacation, we bought two nights with the recommendation of the ETS tour and looking at the hotel photos. When we went to the hotel, we saw that it was very different from the pictures. First they asked us to fill in the forms, then we wanted to see the room and we were shocked. They said that they would give a room from the main building instead of the type of room they said on the phone. Cleaning supplies were scattered and dirty in the corridors. In addition, when we entered the room, we encountered a neglected and not very clean appearance. Especially the bathrooms were not hygienic. We said we couldn't stay in this room and they said they could give us a garden bungolow. After walking 500 meters, they showed the small neglected houses like village houses. These houses are depicted from above in the photographs. The interior of the neglected broken houses was filled with soil and excavation. The pool is large but there were 100 people in it, who did not fit the social distance. Passing through the dining area, we were very disturbed by the smell. We said you don't want to stay here, they said they can't refund our money. They said that if we wanted, we could make a difference and stay in the two-story houses shown in the photo. Despite talking to the hotel officials for an hour and a half, we could not get the first day of the room fee back even though we did not benefit from anything. On the second day etstur returned. We said damn and left. If you are deceived by your photos and go to this hotel, you may encounter disappointment. I add the photos of my garden bungolows.
