The hotel bedroom had many flaws. It seemed old. The bathroom door would smah the toilet, when opened. The curtain fell when I opened. The food from the buffet was already cold (it seemed well cooked tho). And I was still eating, when the bartender was insisting on me to pay the drink. I couldn't even finish my mealnTerrible terrible service and conditions. The only positive thing was the thermal pool. Hot thermal water to bathe in. That was nice. And the outside space - pool and lounge were very pretty.
Horrible hotel. They charge you for basic stuff such as WiFi and water. We got just one keycard for a room with 3 people. The AC wasn't working in all rooms during our stay. To top it all, the staff is pretty unapologetic about all these issues. Please don't ruin your vacation by staying here.
It's a big hotel with lots of facilities. There's a thermal pool big enough to accommodate 50 to 60 people. But it's not as hot as those hot springs you find elsewhere. There is also a spa center and a number of shops inside the hotel. The restaurant is quite big providing a cosy atmosphere for dinning. Once again the choices of food is nice to salad lovers and vegetarians. For a meat lover like me, I'm quite disappointed. At night you can go to the hotel bar to enjoy a drink and watch belly dance with a live band.
No comments. What a huge hotelnWhat a dining room. It can adjust more than 700 people at a time. Room are good with indoor swimming pool. Other activities are also there. One should come excusively for a couple of days to enjoy the property only.
The rooms have little soundproofing between them. The breakfast and dinner was sub-par in a country with such amazing food. The staff weren't particularly helpful.nnBut it was clean and the thermal pool is nice - hence the two stars.
