Very friendly staff, good food, nice location near to the beach (could be closer to the city center, but it is a walking distance, bus is also available, taxi stand 20m from the hotel).nThe worst part is a free internet only in the lobby, but you can get used to it for a few days.nI can recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel , mostly Russian though . Nice variety of food , clean rooms , pool can get busy at times.

Very clean and lovely staff , we came for a week during the Covid-19 pandemic and honestly the staff have been amazing they take your temperature on arrival there is sanitised everywhere for you to use the staff are all masked up. The entertainment manager was so helpful when I needed medical assistance due to a mosquito bite, wifi is really reasonable and the food was really good. Plenty of choice and fresh. You are served every item you point to what you would like and the staff serve you. Would recommend this hotel highly

Terrible hotel. Its more like 2 star rather than 4.nn1. Very bad food and alcohol. Not many options (for lunch there is only 1 option for soup and 2 options for main course; for breakfast its only eggs and vegetables).n2. Wi-fi is not working most of the time.n3. Rude staff.

Currently, the hotel is poorly prepared for tourists from Europe. Maybe the hotel manager should change profession. Besides, comrades from CCCP and their behavior cause a bad atmosphere of the hotel. Greetings to the lady from the reception, Mr. Massager, cleaning service and friendly Ali.
