D&R is a good store, but I definitely don't recommend shopping online. They are really extremely unsuccessful in shipping. I bought Faber-Castell Grip 2011 Versatile Pen and I haven't received the cargo for 5 days. Stop receiving the guys, they have not been able to ship the item for 5 days. I THINK FROM THE FACTORY IN GERMANY.
