Noise pollution non stop. High volume music, yellings even at 4 am. You will not rest here.

I stayed in this hotel for a week all inclusive which means absolutely nothing to this hotel as I'm desgusted that I paid a lot of money to use there all inclusive service but the thing they don't tell you is that wether you paid for all inclusive or not there is no difference to the service you receive which my and my partner expected was not nothing that we got. The staff was nice to start with until this all inclusive hotel ran out of everything from lager to icecubes. The food verity is nothing that we expected. The smell of the place was disgusting especially in the lifts. The WiFi is only reachable in the reception area. Poor entertainment and lifts kept breaking. Went down during the night for a soft drink as all inclusive but was told I wasn't allowed to find days later that all drink machines were turned off through the night. They lock you out of your room at 12 noon even though the transfers wasn't till late that night and the most disrespectful was we wasn't treated fairly because we was English. Do not gonthere because it will be a disspointing holiday.

The management is bigot. They might be conservative, they discriminate guests by their sexualities. I don't recommend it.
