Usually I'm a very fair customer. Easy to be satisfied about service and all. This time visit of this department nearly drove me mad. I came there for a third time. Always was crowdy with nearly 40 customers inside. I even don't know how do they treat because I had to wait for around 2 hours for my queue to come. So I've been losing my temper. Latest attempt I've asked personnel how can I get my password to enter my bank account if I can't get an appointment within 2 hours, and this is my third visit same way. The answer was that I have to be patient. Never in another bank I have been treated this way. Have to admit that security was more helpful, and adviced me to visit another department.

A lousy branch. They definitely won't pick up the phone. They don't care when you go, either.

I have not seen a bank that has worked so hard, I have entered twice, and the staff do not do anything but lacquering, so why despite a complaint, why does a bank change itself and its staff, so it will lose customers?

The branch, which caused you to wait for hours, lost a lot of customers from my immediate environment, so it is close to me that I am disconnected from the bank too, May Allah not let our way down and give patience to those who have fallen.

The branch that I planned to make an important investment but gave up on another bank because of the unknowing of the door. Advertise as much as you want if you don't care about the first theme.
