I have to tell that my experience with that agency was really really bad.nI paid to them 500€ of down payment for buying property and in meantime my lawyer from told me that property what I wanted to buy from them have a some legal problems, and because of that is a chance that in a future whole building will be destroyed.nThey told if I want to buy another property they will pay my lawyer to check all of documentation but from this moment they started to ignore messages and calls from my layer.nWhen I wanted to buy another property from them, they sent me offer with prices and in just few hours they called me that now the price is changed and it is for 2000€ more expensive.nnSo, they tried to sell me a property with a legal problems, and after that, two times they tried to change the price for another properties, what is really unprofessional and unacceptable.nAFTER THAT THEY IGNORED MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS FROM MY LAWYER AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME BACK 500€ OF DOWNPAYMENT.nFor all of that I have a screenshots of comunication between me and them and between me and my lawyer.

I really recommend this agency. Very polite and helpfull. Halil is one of the best in the city. He showed us around the city and helped us even outside working hours. We didn't buy yet, but I am sure when I buy in Alanya, this is the place I want to go to. Good job Halil.

Несмотря на большие запросы в подборе жилья, сотрудники смогли подобрать подходящую по всем параметрам квартиру в тихом, спокойном и безопасном районе Аланьи, и что главное, рядом есть все необходимые учреждения и развитая инфраструктура. Квартира хорошая для своей цены, просторная, светлая. Так же хочу сказать, что наш личный менеджер тратил своё время и вместе с нами ездил и показывал разные варианты, а просмотрели мы более пяти квартир. Сделка прошла юридически чисто, так как с нашей стороны мы проверяли договор у юриста и он не обнаружил каких-либо несоответствий. Благодарю агентство за хорошую работу.
