This trip we have as a family with 1 and 4 year old child in aslan kleopatra best hotel all inclusive booked but we were in a different hotel that was further away and rather an apartment earlier. The hotel is not suitable for babies with baby carriages, you had to first carry a few steps up the stroller and then squeeze in the mini lift. The lift is just enough for a narrow person and stroller. The double room had no hair dryer and not enough towels. The small kitchen was extremely dirty, the fridge did not close and smelled very disgusting that it was not possible what to put in. The garbage was not taken at all degrees when the baby is still wearing diapers, we had nothing left but to dispose of the garbage itself. The room was cleaned only once a week. The already anyway not clean towels also not changed. Air conditioning did not work properly and there was no soap, in the end we had to buy soap ourselves and toilet paper did not exist. The service was miserable ud83dude20 the hotel is not worth 3 stars. We were really crazy. The food tasteless and the dessert biscuits poured over with sugar water. The high chair was mostly dirty. All at once and never again.
